Key Features

1. This product is designed to cover an Insured’s liability exposures whether they be occupational or professional.
   
   
2. Coverage would apply for both indemnity and legal costs for any actions made against the Insured in respect to bodily injury property damage and or financial loss (subject otherwise to the Policy terms and conditions).
   
   
3. The Financial loss section is not limited to breach of professional duty.
   
   
4. The intention of the policy is to target clients with Public and Products liability exposures greater than an office risk. Unlike competing combined products which are commonly PI driven.
   
   
5. In terms of Professional cover there is no Bodily Injury/ Property Damage Exclusion.
   
   
6. One Underwriter / One Policy. No coverage dispute between underwriters.

• Stand alone contracts or annual covers for contractors who, as part of their work, engage in asbestos removal/abatement. The policy would cover only the asbestos removal work however a separate policy shall be offered in respect to all other operations of the Insured.
• Vicarious liability for principals or contractors who sub-contract asbestos removal/abatement work.
